There's small sites everywhere like that, but at the end of the day some people for some reason don't respect art, maybe they're afraid of free thought, who knows? The key is to ignore ratings, and not even focus on what people say, even if they have something worthwhile to say, just make it as probable as possible that anyone anywhere in the world will hear what you make and what you have to say, and you'll get a reward bigger than a fraction out of 5 or 10 from one tiny website.
